We use data to operate accounts, manage briefs, assign creatives, process payments, support chat and notifications, provide AI-assisted briefing, run timelines, moderate galleries, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, improve the platform and comply with legal obligations.

3. Payment data

Adshop may store payment references, transaction status, provider names, timestamps and reconciliation data. Sensitive payment processing may be handled by banks, mobile money providers, card processors or other third-party payment providers according to their own terms and security obligations.

4. Creative media and gallery data

Creative gallery uploads may include media files and metadata such as title, description, category, tags, sector, client/project links, visibility settings and client permission status. Private or client-only work should not be made public without the required permission.

Adshop uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect platform data. No digital system is completely secure, and users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts and credentials.
